Product description of BD939 casting expansion joint abrasion resistant rubber liquid epoxy coatings:
Two components,liquid,low viscosity,with good flowing property,with strong filling capability,red or black,
generate the elastic rubber after curing at room temperature,high strength,with strong bonding force to the substrates,
water resistant,wear resistant,corrosion resistant,aging resistant.Used in the casting and crack pouring of 
bridge expansion joint,building expansion joints and water conservancy construction expansion joints.
 
Performance features of BD939 expansion joint pouring wear resistant liquid rubber coating
epoxy compound:

1.1.Liquid,with good flowing property,room temperature curing,operation is easy and pouring is convenient.

2.Excellent in abrasion resistance,its wear resistance is the 3-10 times more than the common rubber.

3.Excellent in the mechanical performance,its mechanical performance of tensile strength, elongation at break and 
tearing strength etc is much more superior than common rubber material,with strong bonding force to the substrates.

4.The temperature resistance is -60-80 degree.

5.With good oil and grease resistance,chemical resistance.Excellent in the irradiation resistance,Ozone resistance 
and low temperature resistance.

6.The hardness is Shore A 65.

How to use:
1.Do the air purging with compressed air on the pending-crack pouring part,if the condition is allowed,can do the flushing with toluene,ethyl acetate etc thinner after air purging.
The surface before casting should be the clean and dry.
 
2.Configuration:Make the B component pour into the A component,stir it uniformly with electric blender,then finish casting 
within 25 min,if you think the speed is slow,you can add some matched special catalyst to speed up the speed,additive quantity 
should be controlled within the two over ten thousand to four over ten thousand of main agent weight.
 
3.Pouring:Make the mixed-up material be pouring the aperture part,natural flow flat,for the longer aperture,
should adopt the segmented pouring.
 
4.Curing: it can be put into using based on curing for 72 hours at room temperature.Avoid touching the water 
in the process of curing.
 
Storage:
This material is the general chemical,should pay attention to water resistance and fire prevention in the process of transportation 
and storage.Stored in the cool and dry place,the warranty period is 6 months.
 
Packaging specification:
Two-component,25Kg/group,packed in a plastic drum.

Notes:
1.Should do the pretest for the acid, alkali and strong oxidizing medium before select and use.
2.Allergic constitution should use it more carefully.
